Jim MacKowiak

Jim began his career at Revlon Consumer Products and has since dedicated more than 15 years in the dietary supplement and food industries. He helped create dozens of bulk and encapsulated powders, liquid concentrates, and other wellness formulations before transitioning to the cannabis industry. Jim’s background includes product development, manufacturing operations where he demonstrated a successful track record establishing operational excellence, compliance-driven organizations, and developing strategic partnerships that captured opportunities in emerging markets. He has vast experience taking an organization from product development, and driving the process from conception to successful market implementation.

Francis Baczek

Francis has worked with many amazing chefs at restaurants all over the US. He began cooking edibles for Uncle Herb’s and quickly realized his love for creating cannabis edibles. This love has translated into Francis becoming an industry leader within Arizona and many other states to bring a robust business development strategy to Ally.

Charles C Johnson, PhD

CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER

Charles C Johnson, PhD

After earning his BA in Chemistry from Northwestern University and PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Virginia Tech, Dr Chuck refined his craft while working The Procter & Gamble Company, Koch Industries, and Danaher, and expanded his scope of knowledge while working and consulting for DuPont, BATF, FBI, Army Corps of Engineers, Chiyoda Engineering, Toyo Engineering, Japan Gas Company, Yamato, Fisher Scientific, VWR Scientific Products, among others. Chuck brings with him experience with FDA regulatory compliance, LEAN (TPS) principles in Product Development and Manufacturing, competitive market analysis, mergers and acquisitions and technical sales. More recently he has provided consultation services and served as the Chief Science and Operations Officer in the Hemp and Cannabis sectors, including industrial farming, extraction, refining, GMP production, nutraceuticals, and FDA compliance.
